The Daikei hub showed up today. I finally got to install my Eunos Momo wheel. I love it. Sorry for the crappy phone pic.

Hows it work? I was looking at that hub and heard good things about it

Wonderful. Installation with the airbag model took 10 minutes and no fiddling. The spacing is just right for the signal/wiper stalks. Also, one feature I like, is that it is sort of bell shaped. This makes for a smoother visual transition to the steering column, which is kinda large to look right with the stock airbag wheel.

It's expensive, but so worth it. I paid $130 for it used on ebay, instead of $200 new. Keep an eye out, and you can get a deal.

In my JDM nerd out sessions I was strolling through some forum and found some bro with an adjustable wheel mount! It was crazy. Lastly I hate my stock black leather airbag despite rest of leather being tan wheel.

here it is adjusts like a coil over i guess.

Looks nice! It fits well...OEM but better.

Is that an actual tilt mount? Or just one that lets the wheel swivel up for entry and exit? I know the latter exists, but not sure I've seen the former.

It's the oem wheel off of the Eunos Roadster. I've done a Eunos "conversion" with all the various badges and parts. More pics sometime later after I clean the car up.

congrats on a cool wheel. Thats one thing I hate about aftermarket or smaller hub wheels is that big old roundish rectangle which looks odd if the hub doesnt have a nice transition. I want to make a cover that tapers to the shape of the wheel or just go with an NB nardi wheel like this.

It doesn't tilt it adjusts the length of the hub to adjust the steering wheel closer or further away from driver. here is an ebay version that has a better photo.
